New condo law. Playing catch up, the Florida Legislature passed a series of regulations in 2022 and 2023 designed to improve the safety of condominiums. By yearend, condo associations must complete a structural milestone inspection for buildings receiving a certificate of occupancy on or before July 1, 1992.
